1. Timeframe for Returns
- We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The date of postmark on your return package must be within this 30-day window.
2. Condition Requirements for Returns
- Items must be in their original, unused condition.
- All original tags and packaging must be intact.
- Clothing items should be free from wear, wash, or alterations.
- Accessories (tumblers, bags, lunch bags) must be clean and undamaged.
3. Items Excluded from Returns
- Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless defective.
- Intimate wear and swimwear (if applicable) are final sale for hygiene reasons.
- Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return.
4. Process for Initiating a Return
Step 1: Contact Us
- Email our support team at help@exhalecollections.com to initiate a return.
- Include your order number and reason for return in the email.
Step 2: Receive Approval and Instructions
Once your return request is approved, we will provide:
- A return authorization number
- A return shipping label (cost deducted from refund)
- Detailed instructions for packaging and returning your item(s)
Step 3: Ship Your Return
- Package your return securely, including all original packaging and tags.
- Attach the provided return shipping label to your package.
- Drop off the package at your nearest authorized shipping location.
Step 4: Refund or Exchange Processing
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- For exchanges, we’ll ship the new item once the return is processed.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
- We offer various shipping options, but the cost will be deducted from your refund.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- We’ll provide a prepaid return label for these cases and send a replacement at no additional cost.
7. Holiday Season Extended Returns
For purchases made between November 1st and December 24th, the return window is extended until January 31st of the following year.
8. Gift Returns
- For gifts, we offer store credit to the recipient if they don’t have the original receipt.
- The gift giver’s personal information will remain confidential.
9. Excessive Returns
We reserve the right to refuse returns from customers with a history of excessive returns.
